On June 27, the delegation led by the RA NA Deputy Speaker, the Head of Armenia-Czech Republic Friendship Group Eduard Sharmazanov, which comprises of the RA NA deputies Gagik Melikyan and Vardan Bostanjyan visited Surp Hoki (Holy Spirit) Armenian Church in the centre of Prague within the framework of the visit to the Czech Republic. Let us note that on October 11, 2015 the Holy Spirit Catholic Church was handed over to the Armenian Apostolic Church Saint Grigor Lusavorich parish.

Within the framework of the visit the RA NA Deputy Speaker also met with the spiritual leader of the Armenian community of the Czech Republic Barsegh Vardapet (Archimandrite) Pilavchian, and afterwards the members of the parliamentary delegation laid a wreath at the cross-stone eternalizing the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims in Prague, honoured in silence and bowing the memory of the holy martyrs.
